Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in its original condition. Items returned within 30 days must be in the original packaging and not have been worn or damaged.

To ensure proper handling of your return, please call our customer service center at 1-800-842-6920 to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). We cannot guarantee proper handling of your return if a Return Authorization number is not obtained.

Custom Order Returns

Evigna Brand Insight does not accept returns on custom order merchandise.

Custom Orders

Custom merchandise can be defined as an order for anything not found directly in the Land Rover GEAR. Our Account Managers are pleased to provide you with the most competitive quotes, the quickest delivery, and the most innovative ideas for custom merchandise.

You can also customize the merchandise in the online store with your individual, dealer, business or organization information. Embroidery, screen-printing, engraving...we can do it all! (Minimum quantities may apply.)

If you need to modify any of the information listed in your online dealer account, such as address or phone number, please contact client services for assistance at the number or e-mail listed above.

Minimum Orders

Where possible, please attempt to keep orders over $50 to help reduce your internal costs of order processing.

All orders are payable in U.S. Dollars. No C.O.D.

Credit Card Orders

Credit Card orders must include the following information: Type of card, Cardholder name, Cardholder number, Expiration date, and Telephone number.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates will be available for sale in $50.00 increments. All gift certificates will be purchased and redeemed at retail pricing- no discounts apply. No cash or credit will be offered for unused portions of gift certificate at time of redemption. Evigna Brand Insight will only accept Evigna Brand Insight issued gift certificates.

Gift Certificate orders must be mailed to Evigna for processing. Your original gift certificate must be included with your order. We cannot process gift certificate orders sent in with photocopied gift certificates.

International Orders

Land Rover GEAR can be shipped to any country in our country code list. International shipments will be shipped as complete orders only, unless requested in writing (meaning that if any item is on backorder, we will delay the entire shipment until all merchandise is available). All requests for international shipments should include the recipient country, all area codes and phone numbers.

All payments for international orders must be made in U.S. dollars. All required charges for duties, tariffs, and taxes are additional and will either be collected upon delivery by the carrier, billed on your account, or follow on a separate and later Land Rover GEAR invoice.

International orders are shipped via DHL or Federal Express International unless otherwise specified. Land Rover GEAR will invoice your international freight charges at the carrier's published rates. All international orders are subject to a handling charge/document fee of 20% of the merchandise subtotal (minimum $20) that is in addition to actual freight charges that are determined by weight and method of shipment. International orders will be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you wish to use an alternate carrier, please provide us with the company name, your account number with the carrier, a contact name, and a phone number for the carrier in the United States.

Rush service is not available for international orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Customs restrictions may apply to some products. Customer will be responsible for any duty and tax charges.

We cannot ship to P.O. or APO boxes.

For international orders we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Sales Tax

Some states require that we collect tax on your purchase amount. Orders shipped to the following states are subject to sales tax: DC, IL, IN, MD, MI, NY, SC, and TN. Should state tax rates or laws change, we are required to collect the tax in effect on the date of your order.

Shipping Inside Continental U.S.

Evigna will ship all in-stock orders within 5 business days after your order is received. All in-stock orders are shipped from Madison Heights, Michigan. All orders must include complete shipping information.

Unless otherwise specified, your order will ship via UPS Ground service and the charges will be added to your invoice. If you request overnight or airfreight, Evigna will bill you at the carrier's published rates. Expedited and same day shipment requests must be received before 1:00 PM (EST). Airfreight services will be invoiced to you separately.

If your package is shipped via UPS or Federal Express and you provide us with your email address, you will receive an Automatic Shipment Notification (ASN) from Evigna when you order in-stock merchandise. This notification is generated within a few hours of your package shipping. This notification contains a description of your order and a link for you to be able to track your shipment.

UPS Ground Standard Freight Table: All domestic shipments will ship UPS Ground Standard service. The following freight chart will be used to determine your total shipping costs. The freight chart is based on the total of all merchandise per order. Expedited shipments are subject to be billed at the carriers actual shipping rate.

Orders shipping directly from the factory (custom drop ship) will use the most cost-effective method, unless otherwise specified. These shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice. Orders shipping directly from the factory are shipped FOB: factory. Please allow 3-6 weeks delivery time on all custom orders.

No shipping Post Office boxes will be accepted.

Rush Service/Next-Day or Two-Day Delivery

Same day rush service is available. Please call Client Services to confirm your rush request by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to ensure that your package will ship on the same day. Additional charges may apply. Orders requiring next-day or two-day air delivery can also be shipped on your UPS or Fed Ex account number to take advantage of your company's shipping discounts. Please provide us with your 9-digit Federal Express account number or your UPS number when you place your order. If this information is not provided, we will ship on Evigna account and add the freight charges to your invoice.

Product Availability

All items pictured in the online store are subject to availability at the time of your order. If your selected merchandise is not available, a Client Services Representative will notify you and offer substitutions whenever possible.

Some merchandise may be available "While Supplies Last", meaning once our current stock is sold out, we will not be selling that product any longer. This will be noted in the product description.

Drop Ships: Orders shipping directly from the manufacturer will use the most cost-effective shipping method, unless otherwise specified. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery on these items. It will be noted in the product description when an item is a drop ship.

Order Acknowledgements

Online shoppers will receive an email acknowledgement from Land Rover GEAR immediately after order is placed. This email acknowledgement does not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at the time of order processing and will be reflected on your second order confirmation detailing your sales order number and item availability.

All online orders should receive a second order acknowledgement from Land Rover GEAR either by fax, phone or email within 2 business days. If you do not receive this acknowledgement, please call Client Services at 800-842-6920.

Lead Time

In-stock merchandise normally ships within 5 business days of your order being received. Please allow applicable time for delivery based on ship method from Madison Heights, Michigan. Non-stock catalog items normally ship within 2-6 weeks. Shipping times vary by item.

Browser Cookies

Like many online commerce sites, Evigna Brand Insight uses cookies to provide a personalized shopping experience. Most browsers (including Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 2.0 and later) support cookies. You may not be able to shop online if you are using an older browser or if your browser is configured to not accept cookies.

SSL

Since online commerce sites deal with sensitive data, Evigna Brand Insight encrypts all transmissions containing personal data using 128-bit Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. You may not be able to shop online if your browser does not support SSL or you are accessing the Internet from behind a firewall that prohibits SSL transactions.

Secure Transactions

By "secure," we mean that the Online Store uses the SSL protocol. Our web servers are capable of delivering 128-bit encryption. However, your browser ultimately determines the exact level of encryption, not by the server. For example, if your browser is capable of communicating using 128 bits, the server will use 128-bit encryption. If your browser is only able to communicate using 40-bit encryption, then the server will use 40-bit encryption.
